I create and write about the things we all deal with every day.
For years, I worked in organisations where there was always a lot going on. Different interests, systems, processes, and people came together, and it wasn’t always obvious where to start.
That taught me to look closely, ask the right questions, and break complicated things down into something you can actually work with.
That way of thinking is still at the heart of what I do today. I write books, create content, and develop practical tools around questions I find interesting and worth exploring.
Not because I have an answer for everything. But because I want to help you see things differently, discover new possibilities, and take the next step for yourself.
You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
Sometimes, looking at a question from a different angle is all it takes. A good insight can bring clarity, make a problem feel more manageable, or help you see what to do next.
That’s what I try to do with my work. I take everyday questions and problems seriously, think them through, and share what I discover along the way. Sometimes that takes the form of a [book], sometimes an article, and sometimes something completely different.
You don’t have to do things my way. The important thing is finding something that helps you understand what’s going on, make a decision, or simply move forward.

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of information, processes, systems, and people. Across different organisations, I’ve worked on challenges where clarity, collaboration, and a practical approach were essential.
Over the years, I’ve built experience in information management, process management, and functional application management. I’ve also explored areas such as Lean Six Sigma, knowledge sharing, learning, and professional development.

But my most valuable experience comes from doing the work itself: figuring out complex questions, asking the right questions, creating structure, and looking for what actually works.
Alongside my professional work, I write and create. I develop books, articles, and other formats through which I share my knowledge, experience, and ideas.
The format of my work may change, but the foundation remains the same: stay curious, look closely, and find a practical way forward.
